TacFood 10 is a high-performance PTFE-impregnated glass fabric engineered for conveyor applications where a non-stick, heat-resistant surface is essential. The glass fibre substrate provides dimensional stability and strength, while the PTFE coating delivers exceptional release properties and chemical inertness.
This material stands out for its broad operating temperature range, from -73°C up to 260°C, making it suitable for both freezing and high-heat processes. Its non-adhesive surface minimises product build-up and simplifies cleaning, enhancing operational efficiency.
Dotmar supplies TacFood 10 as straight running modular belt components or in roll format, with standard roll widths of 1200 mm and 1380 mm and lengths of 30 metres (other lengths available on request). Custom-manufactured belts are also offered, allowing tailored solutions for specific conveyor systems.
