Tac-Tape A7069 Silver is a self-adhesive PTFE coated glass cloth tape, part of Dotmar’s range of engineered coated materials. The tape combines a smooth, low-friction PTFE surface with a durable woven glass substrate and a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive that ensures reliable bonding at elevated temperatures.
With a continuous operating temperature range from -73 °C to 260 °C, this product provides consistent release properties, chemical inertness, and dimensional stability. Dotmar supplies this tape in custom slit roll widths to suit diverse industrial processing requirements, supported by our nationwide distribution and fabrication capabilities.
Key Features
- Silicone adhesive suitable for high-temperature applications
- Glass cloth substrate for tensile strength and stability
- Usable temperature range: -73 °C to 260 °C
- Standard thickness: 6 Thou (142 µm)
- Available as slit rolls from 12 mm to 980 mm wide x 30 m long
- 15 m roll length available on request
Commonly used for heat-sealing bars, release liners, chute and hopper lining, high-temperature masking, and non-stick surface protection in packaging, food processing, textile, and plastics manufacturing. The silicone adhesive allows clean removal from smooth substrates, and the PTFE surface resists build-up of adhesives and other sticky residues.
