Tac-Tape A5108 combines a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating with a woven glass-fabric substrate, creating a durable, non-stick surface. The silicone adhesive system provides reliable bonding across a broad temperature range from -73°C to 260°C.
With a nominal thickness of 10 Thou (215 µm), this tape offers an excellent balance of conformability and mechanical strength. Dotmar supplies Tac-Tape A5108 as slit rolls from 12 mm up to 980 mm wide, making it a practical choice for industrial applications requiring a smooth, low-friction release surface.
Key Features
