Polystone PG100 Checker Plate is a premium HDPE sheet extruded from PE100 grade polyethylene. The material features a raised checker pattern on one face, providing a durable anti-slip surface that meets Australian and international slip-resistance standards.
With high impact strength, excellent chemical resistance and a continuous service temperature range from -50 °C to 80 °C, this UV-resistant product is suitable for demanding industrial environments. The low coefficient of friction (0.15) ensures effective slip resistance underfoot.
Dotmar supplies Polystone PG100 Checker Plate in sheet format, ready for fabrication. The black variant is certified food grade, while all colours meet DVS 2205 tank fabrication standards, making it a reliable choice for safety flooring, marine and processing applications.
